Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe kiwi's, peeled and sliced
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of your favourite granola
  • Toasted coconut flakes for topping

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced kiwi, frozen banana, frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, spinach and coconut milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding honey or maple syrup if desired for additional sweetness.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle granola on top of the smoothie.
