One of the most significant features of our granolas is that they are baked in small batches. And you may or may not know that granola needs to be stirred very regularly while it is being baked.

This pursuit of perfectly crunchy granola can make it very exciting in our kitchen when the ovens are hot, and the many trays of granolas are being carried in turn from the oven shelf to the worktop (where they are stirred with a large spoon) and back to the oven again. The blends are produced by adding ingredients at different stages, before, during or after the baking.

We’re not going to tell you all of our secrets, but believe us when we say that this is real cooking, carried out with passion and pride in the quality of the end product.
