About our Gluten-free Oats

Oats make up the biggest part of our granolas and so we thought we should say a little bit about them!

Our wholegrain oats are a source of dietary fibre which can help support health and lower the risk of several diseases. They contain many vitamins and minerals, and have a low GI (Glycaemic Index) to help stabilise blood sugar levels. In short, they are a natural superfood. And one that will make you feel fuller for longer.

Our oats are locally produced by an independent farm in Cambridgeshire. They are specialists in gluten-free farming and have dedicated gluten-free processes from sowing and harvesting to handling and milling. This maintains the absolute purity of the naturally gluten-free oats, ensuring that there is no contamination from other, gluten-containing grains such as wheat, barley or rye. The oats are tested and certified as 100% gluten-free by AOECS (Association of European Coeliac Societies).  In short, our oats are sustainably produced, naturally pure and gluten-free!
